The vote by which the bill was rejected for want of a Con-
stitutional majority,
Was reconsidered.
Mr. Donaldson moved that the bill be referred to a Com-
mittee of the Whole House.
Decided in the affirmative.
The House then resolved itself into a Committee of the
Whole to consider said bill, Mr. Whitelockin the Chair,
After some time spent in Committee of the Whole, the
Committee rose,
The Speaker resumed the Chair.
On motion of Mr. Sanders,
At 6.45 P. M. the House took a recess until 8 o'clock this

Junction Railroad Company.
No. 122. An Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, at Parsonsburg, Wicomico county,
Maryland.
