Mr. Browning (the rules being appended by unanimous
consent,) reported favorably, and without amendment,
Senate bill entitled an Act to conter additional power upon
the County Commissioners of Garrett county, by adding the
following Section to chapter 212, passed at January Session,
1872.
Which was read a second time.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize und require the County
Commissioners of Garrett county to refund to Alexander Kita-
miller, certain county taxes paid by him in excess and error,
Was read a second time and ordered to bo engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at Jan-
uary Session of the General Assembly of 1874, chapter 441,
entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the January Ses-
sion of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1870, chapter 99,
entitled an Act to lay off Streets in Baltimore county, adjoin-
ing Baltimore city, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent
therewith, and also to repeal an Act, passed at the January
Session, 1872, chapter 78, entitled an supplement to an Act
entitled an Act to lay off Streets in Baltimore county, ad-
joining Baltimore city, and to repeal certain Acts inconsis-
tent therewith by the General Assembly of Maryland at the
January Session, 1870, chapter 99, and also to repeal an Act
passed at the January Session of 1872, ch. 387, entitled an
Act to repeal Section 4, of an Act passed by the General
Assembly of Maryland, at its January Session, 1870, ch. 99,
entitled »n Act to lay off Streets in Baltimore county, adjoin-
ing Baltimore city, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent
therewith, and so forth, and to re enact the same with amend-
ments.
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
lows:
