The bill entitled an Act granting to certain soldiers and
widows of soldiers of the war of 1812, a pensionof eighty
dollars per annum, to be paid in quarterly installments.
Being upon a third reading,
Mr. Hinks (by unanimous consent) submitted the following
amendments:

Insert after word name of "John Eyler," under title "Fred-
crick county," the name of "Elizabeth Filler," widow of Sol-
omon Filler.
Which was adopted.
