The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the proprietors of
the Mount Vernon Cemetery of Maryland,
Was read a first time and referred to the Committee on
Corporations.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne'a county, to levy a sum of money as
a pension for Solomon Tate, of said county,
Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. Neal,
Cockey and Mattingly.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peacs in
and for the 2nd Election District of Kent County.
Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. Boyer,
Usilton and Brooke.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 107, of an Act
passed at the January Session, 1874, chapter 483, entitled
"Revenue and Taxes," and to re enact the same with
amendments.

the repair and improvement of the State House.

28, of the Cofle Supplement of 1868, of Public General
Laws, as enacted by Section 3, of chapter 299, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1868, so far as the said Section relates to Worcester
county.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county, to open and widen the
county road leading from Hooversville, on the Washington
Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, to Odenton, on
the Baltimore and Potomac Road.
