The order, as amended, was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Stewart,
The House then proceeded to the consideration of the fol-
lowing order submitted yesterday :
Ordered, That John Ireland receive the same compensa-
tion as a Committee Clerk of this House receives, minus
stamps and and stationery.
The question recurring upon the adoption of the order,
Mr Stewart demanded the yeas and nays,

A bill entitled an Act to provide for the revision of the list
of registered voters in this State.

to suits at law upon negotiable instruments, when from any
cause the same cannot be produced and surrendered.
