Delegates will cuncur in the first, second, third, fourth,
eighth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth,
sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth amend-
ments ; and also recommend to their respective Houses to
amend page 2, line 5, after the word "Appeals," by strik-
ing out "one thousand," and insert "nine hundred," on
page 4, line 17, by striking out the word "ten," and insert
"twenty," under Legislative, on page 5, line 2, after the
word "necessary," insert "to be expended under the control
of the Comptroller.
