Mr. Fenton appealed from the decision of the chair,
The question then being,
"Shall the decision of the Chair stand as the judgment of

The bill entitled an Act making appropriations for the
support of the State Government, tor the year ending 31st
of December, 1876, endorsed "report of Committee of Confer-
ence, with sundry amendments adopted and bill passed by

Also, delivered, the following report of the Committee of
Conference,
The Committee of Conference on the disagreeing vote of
the two Houses, on House printed bill No. 54, have had the
same under consideration, and recommend to their respec-
tive Bodies, that the Senate recedes from its fifth, sixth,
