The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bills,

A bill entitled an Act to consolidate the Kent County Rail-
road Company with the Smyrna Delaware Bay Railroad
Company, and to convey the franchises of said first named
Company when sold, to the purchaser thereof, and incorpo-
rate the same into a body politic.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay Christian H. Walker, of Harford county, money for
taxes erroneously paid by him into the Treasury of the State.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to appropriated sum of money to
pay William B. Morgan, of Harford county, money for taxes
erroneously paid by him into the Treasury of the State.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sec. 70 of Art. 17, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's County,',
sub-title "Crier," and re-enact the same with amendment.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to issue city stock for the purpose of re-
tiring the five million loan known as Baltimore Water Stock,
redeemable at pleasure on and after the first day of May,
1875, and to provide for the payment of all taxes, State, Fed-
eral or otherwise, to which said stock or the interest therein
may be liable, and to reduce the rate of interest on the in-
debtedness of said city.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act -to repeal chapter 17 of the Public
Local Laws of Worcester county, passed January session,
1874, relating to oysters in Sinepuxeat Bay and its tributa-
ries, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and also to
protect fish therein.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1867, chap. 390,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel county,
relating to the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors to
minors in the city of Annapolis, and within five miles there-
of, and to re-enact with amendments Section 55.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 82 to 94 inclu-
