ty Commissioners of Harford county, to refund to the Execu-
tor ot Edward Painter, late of said county, county taxes

A bill entitled an Act to amend Article 72, of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled "Partnership Limited," by
adding thereto a Section regulating the responsibility of per-
sons not being partners, who shall receive or contract to re-
ceive a portion of the profits of any partnership, general or
limited, as a compensation in whole or in part, for money
loaned or services rendered thereto or therefor.
