A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of tnoney to
pay the claim of Medairy & Bowers.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Claims.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 205, 206 and 212,
of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of
Maryland, relating to the "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Elections," and to re-enact Sections 205, 206 and 212, with
amendments.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Elections.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to re enact Sec. 168, of Article 93,
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the "invest-
ment by guardians of the moneys of their wards," and re-
enact the same as follows.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 171 and 172, of
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
the investment by guardians of the proceed of sale of real
estate belonging to their wards, sold by a Trustee in equity,
and to re-enact the same.

tee on the Judiciary.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 16, of Article 29, of
the Code of Public General Laws as enacted by chapter 320,
of the Acts of 1874, and to amend and re-enact the same.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 4th Section of Article
81, of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, as the
same was enacted by the Act of January Session, 1874, ch.
483, and to enact a new Section in lieu of the said 4th Sec-
tion, so repealed.
