chapter 346; the Act of 1865, chapter 194; the Act of 1867,
chapter 368; the Act of 1868, chapter 128; the Act 1872,
chapters 36 and 228, and the Act 1874, chapter 394, relating
to the Inspection of Tobacco and Tobacco Warehouses, and
