Said bill being upon a third reading,
Said bill was then read a third time.
Mr. McGlone moved a call of the House.
The call being sustained.
The Clerk proceeded to call the roll,
Present at the call of the roll, the following members :

inson, Rullman, Turner, Bird, Lancaster, Hooper, Baldwin,
Whitelock, Curtis, Smith, of Baltimore county, Given, Fitz-
jarrell, Dodson, Lankford, Gmiby, Ford, Waters, of Dor.,
Briscoe, Snowden, Hance, Gwynn, Cockey, Neal. Purnell,
Riggs, Hinks, Naill, Koons. Rutledge, Boyle. Vandiver,
Culbreth, Goldsborough, Rusk, Lewis, Hoblitzell, McGlone,
Stewart, Gill, Loane, Chaisty, Harig, Albaugh, Scott, Far-

Mr. Koons moved that all further proceedings under the
call be dispensed with.
Which was decided in the negative.
The Seargent-at-Arms was then direrted to bring in the
absent Members,
After an absence of fifteen minutes, the Sargeant-at-Arras
returned wit'h the following Members: Messrs. Hess, Berke-
meier, Sanders, Barnard and Browning.
On motion of Mr. McGlone,
All further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
