1064 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 22,
On motion of Mr. Atkinson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed at
the present Session, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, an Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January Session, in the year 1868, chap-
ter 334, approved March 30, 1868.
On motion of Mr. Clark,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture, to re-
port a bill for the relief of the State Agricultural and Me-
chanical Association.
On motion of Mr. Given,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation, to
introduce a bill entitled an additional supplement to an Act,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Particular
Baptist Church, in Baltimore county.
On motion of Mr. Loane,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations, to-
introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact Sec-
tion 475, forming part of Section 2, of the Act of 1864', chap-
ter 328, entitled an Act to amend and re-enact Sections 464,
467, 469 and 470, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore," and to add new Sections
to said Article.
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 30, of Ar-
ticle 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Testa-
mentary Law," sub-title "Administration," and re-enact-
the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Rinehart,
Leave was granted to the Carroll delegation, to introduce a
bill giving the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland
to the last will and testament of Elizabeth Stansbury, grant-
ing a bequest to the Trustees of St. Paul's Reformed Church
of Westminster.
On motion of Mr. Naill,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary, to
report a bill to make valid a deed, from Isaac Draper, of Fred-
erick county, to Manurvey A. Draper, of said county, dated
January 17th, 1876.
On motion of Mr. Sanders,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City delegation, to
introduce a bill for the measurement of oysters in the city of
Baltimore.
