passed at the January session, 1862, chapter 104, entitled
an Act to incorporate a Company for the establishment of a
public cemetery in Kent county, and within a mile of the ex-
terior limits of Chestertown, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Protestant
Infant Asylum of Baltimore City to bind out and control the
children under its care.

Mr. Donaldson, Chairman of the Select Committee on Fish-
eries, reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the ses-
sion of the General Assembly of Maryland in 1874, chapter
421, entitled an Act to repeal Section 2, of Article 41, of the
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fishe-
ries,'' and to re-enact the same with amendments, and sub-
stitute the following in lieu thereof.

Mr. Farrow, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Register of Wills of
Washington county to transcribe qertain records.

Mr. Lambdin, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act-to continue in force the Act of 1872,
chapter 420, entitled an Act to revise, re-enact and amend
certain Sections of tke Act of 1852, chapter 316, entitled an
Act to authorize the appointment of a Commissioner to take
testimony to provide for the recording of copies of wills and
other papers of which the originals were lost by the burning
of the Court House in Dorchester county, and to remedy as
far as practicable the evils likely to ensue from the destruc-
tion of the records of said county,

Mr. Canby, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the County
Commissioners of Montgomery and Prince George's counties
to appoint Examiners, whose duties it shall be to report to
