1874 entitled an Act to add an additional Section to Article
4 of the Code Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"
to be known as Section 871 A, and re-enact the same with
additional Sections to be known as Sections 871 A and 871 B.

The bill an Act to repeal Section 82 with its Sub-Section 1
to 4 inclusive, and Sections 83, 84, 85 and 87 with its Sub-
Sections 1 to 13 inclusive of Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Frederick county, "sub-title "Frederick,''
all enacted by the Act, passed at January Session, 1872,
chapter 348, and to enact substitutes therefor and in lieu
thereof,
