134. To a bequest of Five Hundred Dollars (f500. 00) to
the Home for Incurables of Baltimore, Maryland, contained
in the Will of Anna Sophie Hellwig dated March 22nd, 1929,
and recorded among the records of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City.

135. To a bequest of Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000. 00)
to the Strawbridge Methodist Church of Baltimore and a
bequest of Three Thousand Dollars (f3, 000) to the Home for
the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church, contained in the
Will of Mary Hetzell, dated January 9th, 1935, and recorded
among the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City.

136. To a bequest of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250. 00) to the Reverend Philip J. Jenson, Rector of St.
Thomas Church, Garrison Forest, Maryland, and a bequest of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) to the Vestry of St. Thomas'
Church, Garrison Forest, Maryland, toward the Church debt,
contained in the Will of George S. Jackson, dated January
31st, 1935, and recorded among the records of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore County.

137. To a bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) to
the Vestry of Mount Calvary Church, Baltimore, Maryland, to
be used for the saying of Masses for the repose of the soul of
the testatrix, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Marion Lucy Oliver, late of Baltimore City, Maryland, dated
December 1st, 1935, and recorded among the records of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City.

138. To the devises and bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Ashwell C. Brewer, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of said
City, to the Presbyterian Home of Maryland, Inc., and to the
Home for Incurables of Baltimore City.

139. To the bequest to the board of trustees of Dover M. E.
Church, Dover, Maryland, for the benefit of Church or Ceme-
tery the sum of three hundred $300 dollars by the Will of
Henry W. Osborn recorded in Wills Liber J. P. G. No. 31, folio
446, one of the books in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore County.

140. To the Deed and conveyance from Richard H. Lands-
dale, widower, to the Ashton Monthly Meeting of Friends, to-
