129. To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) to
the Council of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Jefferson, Frederick County, Maryland, contained in the last
Will and Testament of Lizzie C. Remsberg, dated May 17,
1935, and duly probated in the Orphans' Court for Frederick
County, and recorded in Liber M. F. S. No. 1, folio 515, one
of the Will Records of Frederick County.

130. To the bequest of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars
(1400. 00) to the Consistory of Christ Reformed Church, Mid-
dletown, Maryland, contained in the last Will and Testament
of Charles W. Shafer, dated March 16, 1926, duly probated
in the Orphans' Court for Frederick County, and recorded in
Liber M. F. S. No. 1, Folio 87, one of the Will Records of
Frederick County.

131. To a bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00) to
the Vestry of St. Thomas' Church, Garrison Forest, Balti-
more County, Maryland, contained in the Will of Walter B.
Brooks dated September 4th, 1926, and recorded among the
records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore County.

132. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Joseph Greenbaum, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, said Will being dated December 11th 1928, and
codicil dated November 25th, 1929, and recorded among the
records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City:

(a) To the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore City, Inc., $50. 00.

(b) to the Hebrew Benevolent Society of Baltimore City,
$50. 00.

(c) To the Jewish Children's Society of Baltimore City,
$50. 00.

133. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Elizabeth A. Hall dated October 6th, 1933,
and codicil dated December 1st, 1936, and recorded among
the records of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City.

(a) To the Vestry of St. Timothy's Church, Catonsville,
Maryland, for the establishment of a memorial to Ambrose
R. H. Ranson, father of the testator, $1, 000. 00.

(b) To the Vestry of Grace and St. Peter's Church, Balti-
more, Maryland, to be used by the Altar Society as part of the
Choir Fund and to be a memorial to Harry P. Hall, husband
of the testator, $2, 000. 00

and to a bequest of the rest, residue and remainder of her
estate after the payment of all legacies and bequests, to the
following:

(I) The Church Home and Infirmary of the City of Balti-
more.
