141. To Deed from George L. Long and Amanda E. Long,
his wife, to S. K. Siemens and others, Trustees of Delmar
Baptist Parsonage Association, of Delmar, Maryland, dated
June 2, 1925, and recorded among the Land Records of Wi-
comico County, Maryland, in Liber J. C. K. No. 138, folio 507.

142. Deed from Edgeview Realty Company to James R.
Venables and others, Trustees of First Baptist Church of
Delmar, Delaware, dated July 25, 1919, and recorded among
the Land Records of Wicomico County, Maryland, in Liber
J. C. K. No. 113, Folio 519.

143. To the bequest of Two Hundred ($200) Dollars to St.
Marks Lutheran Church, Fairmount Avenue, Baltimore, un-
der the Will of Barbara L. Zick, dated February 1, 1934, and
recorded in Liber J. H. B. 186, folio 225.

144. To the following bequest, contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Charles Carroll Glessner, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, which said Last Will and Testament was
probated on the 16th day of February, 1937, and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, to the
Central Presbyterian Church, Eutaw Place, City of Balti-
more, $500. 00.

145. To Deed from Anna E. Schaeffer to German Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Unaltered Augsburg
Confession in Baltimore, Maryland, dated August 2, 1935, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5552 folio 433.

146. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary M. Cain, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
said City in Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 185 folio 220, etc., viz:

(a) To Rev. Charles F. Morrisey, Rector of St. Gregory's
Roman Catholic Church.

(b) To St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the City
of Baltimore; and

(c) To St. Vincent's Infant Asylum and Maternity Hospi-
tal, Baltimore, Maryland.
