porate, cash one hundred dollars ($100. 00).
125. To the bequest to the trustees of the Methodist Pro-
testant Church in Libertytown, Frederick County, Maryland,
a body corporate, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500. 00)
absolutely, contained in the last will and testament of
Charles A. Norwood, late of Frederick County, Maryland,
deceased, bearing date on the ninth day of April, in the year
1934, and recorded in Liber M. F. S. No. 1, folio 388, one of
the record books for wills in the office of the Register of Wills
for Frederick County.
126. To the following bequests. contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary H. Gardner, late of Cecil County,
deceased, dated September 18, 1936, and duly probated in the
Orphans' Court of said County on November 24, 1936:
(a) Two bequests, totaling Three Hundred Dollars
($300. 00) to St. Mark's Protestant Episcopal Church, at Per-
ryville, Maryland, contained in items four and eleven of said
Will.
(b) A bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) to The
Children's Home of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, a body
corporate (called in the Will "The Episcopal Home for Chil-
dren at Easton, Maryland"), contained in item nine of said
Will.
(c) A bequest of One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) to the
New Episcopal Church Building Fund at Perryville, Mary-
land, Miss Edith Cochran, treasurer, contained in item ten
of said Will.
(d) A bequest of the residue of the estate to The Bishop's
Fund of the Diocese of Easton, Maryland, Protestant Epis-
copal Church, managed by Bishop George Davenport, con-
tained in item fourteen of said Will.
127. To the deed and conveyance from the Adath Bnai
Israel Congregation, Incorporated, Adath Bnai Israel Organ-
ization, of Baltimore, and Ladies Auxiliary of the Adath
Bnai Israel to the Anshe Sphard Congregation, dated August
11, 1936, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5648, folio 161, etc.
128. To the bequest of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00)
to the Council of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Jefferson, Frederick County, Maryland, contained in the last
Will and Testament of Millard F. Culler, dated December 12,
1913, and duly probated in the Orphans' Court for Frederick
County, and recorded in Liber G. E. S. No. 2, folio 334, one
of the Will Records of Frederick County.
