government of the Roman Catholic Church, a corporation
sole, for the use and benefit of Saint Paul's Roman Catholic
Church, located at Caroline and Oliver Streets, in the City
of Baltimore, contained in items 10 and 11 of the will of
Eva Maria Brannan, deceased, dated October 30, 1935, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 459; said item 11
being for the rest, residue and remainder of the estate.

114. To the sale and conveyance of title of the fee simple
property, known as No. 34 North Fulton Avenue, in Balti-
more City, from Maria Alphons Reymann and Elsie C. Rey-
mann, his wife, to "The Most Reverend Michael J. Curley,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation
sole", dated August 15, 1936, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5649, folio
324, etc.

115. To the following devices and bequests contained in
the will of Leo F. Schaeffer, dated December 27, 1935, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 524, viz.:

(a) To the Pastor of Saint Andrews Roman Catholic
Church, located at Washington and Monument Streets, in
Baltimore City, the sum of five hundred dollars (f500), con-
tained in paragraph 1 of the said last will and testament of
Leo F. Schaeffer.

(b) To the Most Reverend Michael Joseph Curley, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being, and
his successors in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, accord-
ing to the discipline and government of the Roman Catholic
Church, a corporation sole, for the use and benefit of Saint
Andrews Roman Catholic Church, located at Washington and
Monument Streets, Baltimore, Maryland, contained in para-
graph 4A of the said last will and testament of Leo F.
Schaeffer.

(c) To the Little Sisters of the Poor, located at Valley
and Preston Streets, Baltimore, Maryland; and to Saint
Mary's Industrial School, located at Wilkens and Caton
Avenues, Baltimore, Maryland; and to Saint Vincent's Male
Orphan Asylum, located on the York Road, near Towson,
Maryland; and to the Volunteers of America, a body cor-
porate, for the use of its hospital in Baltimore, Maryland,
contained in paragraph 5A of the said last will and testa-
ment of Leo F. Schaeffer.

116. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary Bowie Dulin, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
