117. To the gift of the cash sum of f 1, 000. 00 by Floyd
Lankford under the terms of a declaration of trust dated
December 28, 1936, to be held in trust and known as "The
Sarah Estep Lankford Fund", the net annual income from
which is to be applied toward the payment of the salary of
the Rector of St. James Parish in Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, to the convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Diocese of Maryland.
118. To the deed and conveyance from Benjamin Franklin
Newcomer, et al., executors, to the convention of the Pro-
testant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5608, folio 469, etc., conveying the fee simple
interest in a lot and house being known as No. 105 West
Monument Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
119. To the devise of the fee simple interest in a house
and lot known as No. 220 South Washington Street, Havre
de Grace, Harford County, Maryland, contained in the last
will and testament of J. William O'Neill, late of Havre de
Grace, Harford County, Maryland, which will is now of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Harford
County in Wills Liber G. H. R. No. 18, folio 306, etc., to the
convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese
of Maryland and St. John's Protestant Episcopal Church of
Havre de Grace, Maryland.
120. To the bequest of the sum of five hundred dollars
(1500. 00) to the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Inc., con-
tained in item II of the last will and testament of Dorothea
S. Stalfort, admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City on January 5, 1937.
121. To the bequest of the sum of one hundred dollars
($100. 00) to the Inner Mission Society of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity, Inc., con-
tained in item III of the last will and testament of Julia E.
Wooden, admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more City on June 9, 1936.
