timore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 131.

107. To a deed from the Associate Congregational
Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, to the First Spiritual
Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, bearing date of
August 26, 1908, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2445, folio 209, etc., con-
veying the fee-simple title to said property to the First
Spiritual Church of Baltimore City to property located on
the southeast corner of North Avenue and Hope Street, Balti-
more City, with a width of 65-6 feet on south side of North.
Avenue and a mean depth of 90 feet.

108. To a deed from Margaret Hendricks to the Maryland
Baptist Union Association, dated April 20, 1933, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore County in
Liber L. McL. M. No. 908, folio 498, etc.

109. To a deed from Harriet S. Lederer, et al., trustees,
to the Maryland Baptist Union Association, dated December
3, 1935, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5583, folio 385, etc.

110. To a deed from the Maryland Baptist Union Asso-
ciation to the trustees of Indian Head Baptist Church,
Charles County, Maryland, dated August 24, 1936, and
recorded among the land records of Charles County in Liber
W. M. A. No. 63, folio 446, etc.

111. To a deed from the Maryland Baptist Union Asso-
ciation to the trustees of the Division Street Baptist Church
of Salisbury in the State of Maryland, dated September 3r
1910, and recorded among the land records of Wicomico
County in Liber E. A. T. No. 70, folio 342, etc.

112. To the bequest of $500 to Arlington Presbyterian.
Church of Baltimore County, a body corporate, contained in
item 17, of the will of William F. Singer, deceased, dated
April 2, 1928, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 182r
folio 206.

113. To the bequest of $2, 000 and the rest and residue of
the estate of Eva Maria Brannan to the Most Reverend
Michael Joseph Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more, for the time being, and his successors in the Archi-
