101. To a deed to the Jewish Board of Education of Balti-
more City, Incorporated, from the Southwest End Talmud
Torah, Incorporated, dated the 11th day of March, 1937, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5704, folio 1, etc., conveying the leasehold interest
in a lot of ground known as No. 514 South Payson Street,
Baltimore City.

102. To a deed to the South Baltimore Talmud Torah
Hebrew School, Incorporated, from Sophie C. Waters, dated
September 15, 1923, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L. No. 4075, folio 57, etc., con-
veying the leasehold interest in a lot of ground known as
No. 518 South Hanover Street, Baltimore City.

103. To a deed to the Jewish Board of Education of Bal-
timore City, Incorporated, from the South Baltimore Talmud
Torah Hebrew School, Incorporated, dated the 11th day of
March, 1937, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5704, folio 2, etc., conveying
the leasehold interest in a lot of ground known as No. 518
South Hanover Street, Baltimore City.

104. To a deed from Gibbons Guild of St. Philip and
James Parish, Inc, to Most Reverend Michael Joseph Curley,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, dated April 20,
1930, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 5114, folio 540, this deed covering the
properties Nos. 2833 and 2835 Hampden Avenue, Baltimore
City, State of Maryland.

105. To the gift to Safe Deposit and Trust Company of
Baltimore in trust to pay the net income toward the salary
of the Rector of St. Mark's Protestant Episcopal Church,
located near Lappen's Cross Roads in Antietam Parish,
Washington County, Maryland, contained in the last will and
testament of Cora M. Williams, late of Baltimore City, of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for said City in
Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 187, folio 244.

106. To the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Incorporated,
two hundred dollars ($200. 00). Contained in paragraph
