Belt Street to the trustees of the Randall Street Christian
Temple, said deed being recorded in Liber S. C. L. 5665, folio
328, etc.

96. To the deed and conveyance from John Schreiber and
Clara Schreiber, his wife, to the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the Prince of Peace of Baltimore County, in the
State of Maryland, dated April 10, 1930, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore County in Liber L. McL. M.
No. 848, folio 167, etc., the said property being located on the
northwest side of the Philadelphia Road 300 feet northeast-
erly from the northeast side of Pinegrove Avenue, and run-
ning thence northeasterly binding on the northwest side of
Philadelphia Road 75 feet with an even rectangular depth
northwesterly of 726 feet.

97. To the bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Jacob L. Kimmarle, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City on October 30, 1935, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No. 184, folio 152, as follows:

(a) To Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, his
successors and assigns, for the benefit of the school fund of
the parochial school conducted in connection with St. Thomas
Aquinas Church in the City of Baltimore five hundred dol-
lars ($500. 00).

(b) To Father Francis D. McGraw, Pastor of St. Thomas
Aquinas Church, in the City of Baltimore, the sum of five
hundred dollars ($500. 00).

98. To a deed to the Kodimo Hebrew School of Baltimore
City, a corporation, from Nathan Bass and Lehman Rose-
man, dated December 7, 1911, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2705, folio
365, etc., conveying the leasehold interest in a lot of ground
known as No. 743 West Lexington Street, Baltimore City.

99. To a deed to the Jewish Board of Education of Balti-
more City, Incorporated, from the Kodimo Hebrew School
of Baltimore City, a corporation, dated 11th day of March,
1937, recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5704, folio 3, etc., conveying the leasehold
interest in a lot of ground known as No. 743 West Lexington
Street, Baltimore City.

100. To a deed to the Southwest End Talmud Torah,
Incorporated, from Israel Frank and Celia Frank, his wife,
