Prince George's County, Maryland, in "Wills" Liber G. P. H. -l,
Folio 307, to the corporated Board of Finance of the Balti-
more Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church
South of Baltimore City, a body corporate, its successors or
assigns.

89. To the devise of an annual ground rent of $60. 00
issuing out of the property known as No. 1906 Pennsylvania
Avenue, to St. John's-Concordia Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, contained in the last will and
testament of Minnie Kellner, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, together with the rest and residue of the estate of
Minnie Kellner.

90. To deed from Samuel C. Mahle and Delia A. Mahle,
his wife, to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of
Baltimore, dated November 28, 1936, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore County on March 18, 1937.

91. To deed from the Baltimore Life Insurance Company of
Baltimore City to Most Reverend Michael Joseph Curley,
Archbishop of Baltimore, dated March 9, 1937, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore County, on March 12,
1937.

92. To the devise to the Vestry of St. James Parish, Anne
Arundel County, Maryland, of two acres of ground in said
County in which the Weems family burial ground is located
and to the legacy of two thousand dollars, both given under
the will of Rachel Weems, recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No. 187, folio 22.

93. To the bequest to Reverend William Harding, Pastor
of St. Joseph Monastery Church, for masses, contained in the
last will and testament of George H. Waters, deceased, late
of Baltimore City, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills for said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 188, folio....

94. To the grant and conveyance of a certain ground rent
of $65. 00 in the City of Baltimore under property No. 1848
West Mulberry Street from Martha Carlisle to trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Fayette Street Sta-
tion in the City of Baltimore, dated February 5, 1937, and
recorded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5695, folio 129, etc.

95. To the deed dated October 5, 1936, from Baltimore
Disciples Missionary Society of the property known as 1533
