and Testament of Eliza Andrews, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in Liber H. W. J. No. 117, folio 162, to Most Rev-
erend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, a corpora-
tion sole.

84. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Margaret E. Lacey, late of Baltimore Coun-
ty, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore County, viz:

(a) Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Bal-
timore, for—

Society of the Propagation of the Faith.

Shrine of the Sacred Heart School at Mt. Washington, Md.

Shrine of the Sacred Heart Church at Mt. Washington, Md.

Needy Roman Catholic Churches of Southern Maryland.

85. To deed from The Cardinal Gibbons Institute, Incor-
porated, a body corporate, to Most Reverend Michael J. Cur-
ley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation
sole, dated October 20, 1936, and recorded among the Land
Records of St. Mary's County in Liber J. M. M. No. 10, folio
55 conveying fee-simple property.

86. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Bettie B. McConkey, deceased,
which will was probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City on the 16th day of November, 1934, and is of record in
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber J. H. B. No. 181, folio 110:

(a) To the Presbyterian Home on Carrollton Avenue, Bal-
timore City.

(b) To the Presbyterian Eye, Ear and Throat Charity Hos-
pital of Baltimore City.

(c) To the Trustees of the Deer Creek Harmony Presbyte-
rian Church of Harford County.

(d) To the Trustees of Northminster Presbyterian Church
of Baltimore City.

87. To the deed from Charles W. Clagett, trustee, to the
Congregation of the Resurrection, a body corporate, convey-
ing 40. 09 acres of land and a perpetual easement in a farm
road, in Prince George's County, Maryland, both described in
said deed dated October 8, 1936, and recorded in Liber 469 at
folio 30, etc., one of the Land Records of Prince George's
County, Maryland.

88. To the devises and bequests under the Will of Simon
S. Adams, recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
