79. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Catherine Tully Kemp, late of Baltimore
County, deceased, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore County, viz:

(a) Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City.

(b) Oblate Sisters of Providence of Baltimore City.
(c) St. Vincent's Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City.

(d) Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Balti-
more, a corporation, sole.

(e) St. Mary's Industrial School of Baltimore City.

80. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Leo F. Schaeffer, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Bal-
timore City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 185, folio 524, viz:

Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, for the use of St.
Andrew's Roman Catholic Church.

81. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Alice V. Russell, late of St. Mary's County,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of St.
Mary's County to the Pastor of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic
Church at Morganza, St. Mary's County, Maryland.

82. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Thomas F. McHugh, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 184, folio 553, viz:

(a) Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore.

(b) St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the City of
Baltimore.

(c) The Catholic University of America, Washington, D. C.

(d) Most Reverend Michael Joseph Curley, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, for the use of
the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, Wash-
ington, D. C.

(e) Dominican Sisters of the Perpetual Rosary, Inc.

(f) Little Sisters of the Poor, of the City of Baltimore.

(g) House of the Good Shepherd of the City of Baltimore,
(h) House of Good Shepherd for Colored Girls.
(i) St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of the City of Baltimore.
(j) St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City.
(k) Loyola High School of Baltimore, Inc.
(1) Trustees of St. Charles' College.
. (m) St. Elizabeth's Home of Baltimore City.
(n) Associate Professors of St. Mary's Seminary of Balti-
