Newman, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber
J. H. B. No. 184, folio 299.

57. To the gifts in remainder contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Bernard J. Wess, deceased, late of Balti-
more City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
said City, in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 188, folio to the follow-
ing, viz:

(a) Associated Professors of Loyola College in the City of
Baltimore.

(b) The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, Philadel-
phia Foundation, of St. Joseph's Hospital, Baltimore, Md.

58. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Henry G. Von Heine, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for said City in
Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 186, folio 307, to the following, viz:

(a) Trustees of the Zion Church of the City of Baltimore
(called in Will Zion Church of Baltimore City).

(b) Evangelical Lutheran Association of the Augsburg
Home for Orphans and the Aged of Baltimore City (Incorpo-
rated).

59. To the devises and bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary F. Jacobs, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
City, in 'Wills' Liber J. H. B. No. 187, folio 170, viz:

(a) To the Vestry of Grace & St. Peter's Church in Balti-
more City, the bequest of $200, 000. and the allowance to be
paid by way of interest thereon.

(b) To the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
in the Diocese of Maryland, the devise of said testatrix's house
at "Uplands" in Baltimore City, and the other buildings sur-
rounding it, with fifteen acres more or less of land, and the
right of way, etc., to be laid off as provided in said Will, and
the contents of said house and other buildings and the one-
third share of the residuary Estate of said Testatrix devised
and bequeathed to said convention by the terms of said Will.

(c) To the Church Home & Infirmary of Baltimore City,
the bequest of f 20, 000. to endow a free room for church women
in its home.

60. To gifts contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Isabel M. Gambel, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for said City in "Wills"
Liber J. H. B. No. 184, folio 356, etc., viz.:

(a) The Vestry of the Church of St. Michael and All Angels.
