copal Church of the Diocese of Maryland.

61. To the gift of St. John's-Concordia Evangelical
Lutheran Church at Baltimore, Maryland (being Church of
which decedent was a member at the time of her death) con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Fannie B. Spies, de-
ceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No.
185, folio 558, etc.

62. To the gifts (including the gifts in remainder) con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Leopold Teweles,
deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for said City, in "Wills" Liber J. H. B.
No. 186, folio 369, to the following, viz.:

(a) Hebrew Home for the Aged & Infirm at Levindale, In-
corporated.

(b) Mount Pleasant, Inc.

(c) The Jewish Children's Society of Baltimore, Inc.

(d) The Hebrew Free Burial Society of Baltimore City.

(e) Provident Hospital and Free Dispensary of Baltimore
City, Incorporated.

(f) Springfield State Hospital.

63. To the bequests and gift in remainder to Academy of
Visitation B. V. M. Mount de Sales in Baltimore County for
the Education of Young Ladies, contained in the Last Will and
Testament of M. Elizabeth Thomas Kelley, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 187, folio 274, etc.

64. To the gifts (including the gifts in remainder) con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of George H. Waters,
deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No.
188, folio —, to the following, viz.:

(a) Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore City (called
in Will "St. Francis School for Deaf and Dumb Children at
(Irvington), Baltimore, Md. ").

(b) Little Sisters of the Poor in the City of Baltimore
(called in Will "The Little Sister of the Poor of Baltimore,
Md. ").

(c) Saint Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City,
(d) The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Baltimore City.

65. To devises and bequests contained in the Last Will and
