(a) To Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore for the
time being and his successors forever, a Corporate sole under
the Laws of the State of Maryland, etc., viz:

A farm called "Warington" located in Kent District, Prince
George's County, containing 431 acres, more or less, to-
gether with the building located thereon.

A farm called "Heart's Delight" located in Kent District,
Prince George's County, containing 409% acres more or less,
together with the improvements located thereon.

A farm called "The Cottage" located in Kent District, Prince
George's County, containing 200 acres, more or less, together
with the improvements thereon.

(b) To Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore in
trust to pay income to the Vestry of Holy Trinity Protestant-
Episcopal Church of Prince George's County; principal to be
paid to it after expiration of twenty years.

52. To the gift to the Kelso Home for Orphans of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, contained in
unrecorded Deed of Trust from Alberta Hooper Smith, dated
September 2, 1932, and amendments thereto; particularly
amendment dated April 11, 1933.

53. To the gift to Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Agnes Boone
Klots, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the office
of the Register of Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B.
No. 187, folio —.

54. To the gifts to Elders of the Ashland Presbyterian
Church of Ashland, Baltimore County, Maryland, and to their
successors, contained in the Last Will and Testament of Sher-
man L. Kurtz, deceased, late of Baltimore County, of record
in the office of the Register of Wills for said County in
"Wills" Liber J. P. G, No. 37, folio 134.

55. To the gift to the Denton Congregation of the Church
of the Brethren (called in Will "Trustees of the Denton
Church of the Brethren") contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Anna S. Brumbaugh, deceased, late of Caroline
County, Maryland, of record in the office of the Register of
