the Trustees of St. Charles College, conveying properties
known as 3701 N. Charles Street and Nos. 306/8 Water Street,
both in fee simple.

folio 187, from James W. Harvey and wife to Reverend Wil-

bishop of Baltimore (called in Will "James Gibbons, Arch-
