of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales,
leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from certain persons and
bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial per-
sons, religious and educational corporations, orders, denomina-
tions and sects, and to certain charitable institutions herein-
after named and as hereinafter set forth.

1. To the following bequest contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Clara A. Harvey, deceased, of record in "Wills",
Liber 17, folio 492, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County; Three Hundred Dol-
lars to Archbishop Michael J. Curley of Baltimore:

(a) To the bequest of a sum of money sufficient to place a
memorial window in the Lutheran Church of Clearspring,
Maryland, as contained in the last Will and Testament of
Mary V. Knode Santman, deceased, of record in "Wills", Liber
17, folio 502, one of the record books in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Washington County.

(b) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the St. Peters
Lutheran Church of Clearspring, Maryland for the upkeep of
family burial lot.

2. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Milliard F. Santman, deceased, as contained
in the last Will and Testament, recorded in Wills, Liber 17,
folio 536, one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County, viz:

(a) To the bequest of Fifty Dollars to the Trustees of St.
Peters Lutheran Church of Clearspring, Maryland, for up-
keep of burial lot.

(b) One Hundred Dollars to Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, of Front Royal, Virginia, for the
upkeep of burial lot.

3. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Clara Cover, deceased, of record in Wills, Liber
17, folio 543, one of the record books in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Washington County, viz:

(a) To the bequest of Three Hundred Dollars to St. Mary's
Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Maryland.

(b) Bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to College and Com-
issariat of the Holy Land, situate near Mount Sepulchre, of
Brook]and, near Washington, D. C., for the purpose of saying
Mass.

(c) Bequest of the residue of the estate to Mt. Carmel Cath-
olic Church of Thurmont, Maryland.
