4. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Willie M. Suter, deceased, of record in Wills, Liber
17, folio 545, one of the record books in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Washington County.

(a) Bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Hagerstown
Day Nursery, Incorporated.

(b) Bequest of certain portraits to the Maryland School
for the Blind of Baltimore.

(c) Bequest of Ten Thousand Dollars to the Maryland
School for the Blind of Baltimore, as a Suter Memorial.

(d) Bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the Rose Hill
Cemetery company of Hagerstown, for upkeep of burial lot.

(c) Bequest of rest, residue and remainder of estate to the
Maryland School for the Blind of Baltimore.

5. To the bequest of the residue of Estate as contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Calvin T. Koontz, deceased,
of record in Wills, Liber 17, folio 557, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County, to
evangelical Lutheran Church of Smithburg, Maryland.

6. To the gift, upon the termination of a certain trust, to
the Mount Vernon Reformed Church of Keedysville, Maryland,
as contained in the Last Will and Testament of Rillie V. Cost,
deceased, of record in Wills, Liber 17, folio 559, one of the
record books in the office of the Register of Wills of Washing-
ton County.

7. To the following bequests, upon the termination of a cer-
tain trust, as contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Charles W. Cearfoss, deceased, of record in Wills, Liber 17,
folio 572, one of the record books in the office of the Register
of Wills of Washington County, viz:

(a) Bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Trustees of the
Church of the Brethren located at Broadfording, Washington
County Maryland, for upkeep of burial lot.

(b) Bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Trustees of the
Church of the Brethren located at Broadfording, Washington
County, Maryland, income to be paid to General Foreign Mis-
sion Board of the Church of the Brethren.

(c) Bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Trustees of the
Church of the Brethren located at Broadfording, Washington
County, Maryland, income to he paid to General Home Mission
Board of the Church of the Brethren.

8. To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the Coun-
cil of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Sharpsburg,
as contained in the Last Will and Testament of Josiah E.
Gross, deceased, of record in Wills, Liber 17, folio 577, one of
