be revocable in the same way that an original license would
be revocable under the same circumstances.
562E. If garbage, other than that produced on the premises,
is used in whole or in part as the feed supply of any swine,
it shall be hauled in metal water-tight containers adequately
covered with metal covers so as to prevent the exposure of or
the escape of odor from the garbage so hauled.
562P. Garbage shall be fed in a manner and by methods,
under such rules and regulations as may be from time to time
promulgated by the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County.
562G. All hog pens shall be open to the inspection at all
times of the Health Officer of Prince George's County or his
duly authorized representative or representatives, or of the
County Veterinarian.
562H. Any violation of Sections 562A to 562G, inclusive, of
this Article or any section thereof, or any provision of any of
said sections, or of any rules or regulations promulgated by
the County Commissioners of Prince George's County, shall
constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of
not less than five dollars ($5. 00) nor more than fifty dollars
($50. 00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period
not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment in
the discretion of the Court, and each day's violation of any
provision hereof shall constitute a separate offense.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 461.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Circuit Court", said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 204A to follow immediately
after Section 204 and to provide for closing the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court at noon, midday, on Satur-
days.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
