thereof, the owner of said above real estate being assessed in
proportion to the number of assessable front feet abutting on
the sidewalk, curb, gutter, or street where same are con-
structed, or are about to be constructed; provided that when
property fronts or abuts on two or more streets where such
improvements are made, or about to be made, the abutting
front feet shall be computed for the purpose of assessment
hereunder as one-half of the total front feet abutting on the
said streets.

Such assessment when made shall constitute a tax or lien
upon such abutting property and shall be payable all in cash, or
in instalments to be hereinafter decided upon by the President
and the Commissioners of the Village of Bladensburg, said
instalments to bear interest at a rate not to exceed six (6)
per centum per annum, and any assessment or part thereof
remaining due and unpaid shall be enforced and collected by
the President and Commissioners of the Village of Bladens-
burg in the same manner as town taxes are now collected.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be and
they are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 460.

AN ACT to add eight new sections to Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", said new sections to be under a
new sub-title to be known as ''Health", said new sections to
be known as Sections 562A to 562H, inclusive, to follow im-
mediately after Section 562 of said Article and under the
new sub-title "Health", herein provided for, to provide for
the licensing, regulation, inspection and location of hog-
pens, and the licensing and regulation of the hauling and
feeding of garbage within Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That eight new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County", the said new
sections to be under a new sub-title to be known as "Health",
said new sections to be numbered 562A to 562H, inclusive, to
