CHAPTER 413.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 565A and 565B of Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Intoxicating
Liquors", as the same were enacted by Chapter 299 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1935 relating
to the provisions for a wholesale beer and wholesale beer and
light wines license in Prince George's County.

CHAPTER 414.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
175 and 176 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-
title "Building Permits", as said sections were amended by
Chapter 58 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1931, and to add four additional sections thereto to be
numbered 175A, 175B, 175C, and 175D following immediately
after Section 175, relating to the regulation of the construc-
tion, alteration, repairs, removal, use, and location of build-
ings or structures, including gasoline and oil storage tanks,
erected or to be erected in said County, outside the City of
Annapolis, and authorizing the appointment of a Building
Inspector by the County Commissioners, and relating to the
issuing of building permits in said County, outside the City
of Annapolis, and prescribing the fees and charges for the
same, and prescribing penalties for violations of the provi-
-sions of the Act.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 175 and 176 of Article 2 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arun-
del County", sub-title "Building Permits", as said sections were
amended by Chapter 58 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1931, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments and that there be added four addi-
tional sections to be numbered and designated as 175A, 175B,
175C, and 175D, following immediately after Section 175, to
read as follows:

175. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County are
hereby authorized and empowered to regulate the construction,
alteration, repairs, removal, demolition, equipment, use and oc-
