CHAPTER 351.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 19
and 31 of Article 96 of the Annotated Code of the Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "United States", limiting
the consent of the State to the acquisition by the United
States of land in Prince George's County to an amount not
exceeding forty (40) acres from any one tract or for any
one purpose or project, excepting such property as is now
under an option or contract to purchase.

CHAPTER 352.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-
heading "Clerk of Court", said new section to be known as
Section 168A, and to follow immediately after Section 168
of said Article, providing for modernizing the system of
indexing the Equity, Judgment and Miscellaneous Petitions
Records of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County and
for indexing said records, and providing for the payment
of same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Circuit Court",
sub-heading "Clerk of Court", said new section to be known
as Section 168A, to follow immediately after Section 168 of
said Article, and to read as follows:

168A. The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Montgomery
County is hereby authorized and directed to change the sys-
tem of indexing the Equity, Judgment and Miscellaneous
Petitions Records of said Court and to install a modern sys-
