the license fees received under the provisions of this sub-title
and of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland. The
Commissioner so appointed shall constitute the Board of
License Commissioners for Frederick County and shall exercise
all of the powers conferred upon such a Board by Chapter 2 of
the Acts of the Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly
of 1933, and shall hold his office for the term prescribed by said
Act, and be subject to removal as therein provided.

If a majority of the votes cast in any election district on
the question as to whether licenses shall be issued for the sale
of beer and light wines shall be in favor of said question, then
licenses for the sale of beer and light wines (Classes A, B
and C only) may be issued in accordance with the provisions
of said Chapter 2 but no application for such license shall be
approved by the License Commissioner or issued by the Clerk
of the Court for Frederick County for any place of business
in any election district of said County in which a majority
of the votes cast in said district on said question shall be
against the licensing the sale of beer and light wines.

If a majority of the votes cast in any election district on
the question as to whether licenses shall be issued for the sale
of beer, wine and distilled liquor shall be in favor of said
question, then licenses for the sale of beer, wine and distilled
liquor (Classes A and C only) may be issued in accordance
with the provisions of said Chapter 2 but no application for
such license shall be approved by the License Commissioner
or issued by the Clerk of the Court for Frederick County for
any place of business in any election district of said County
in which a majority of the votes cast in said district on said
question shall be against licensing the sale of beer, wine and
distilled liquor.

No license for the sale of beer and light wines or for the
sale of beer, wine and distilled liquor shall be issued before
October 1, 1934, and then only if authorized as hereinabove
provided.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.
