same extent as a person of the full age of twenty-one years in
every instance where the owner of the leasehold interest has
given the proper notice to redeem.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 152.
An ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 7A
of Article 70A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1935
Supplement), title "Old Age Pensions", as said Section was
amended by Chapter 149 of the Acts of the Special Session
of the General Assembly of 193G, providing that certain in-
surance policies of pensioners shall remain their property.

CHAPTER 153.
An Act to add two new Sections to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Maryland-Washington Metro-
politan District", said new sections to be known as Sections
'730A and 736B and to follow immediately after Section 736
of said Article to authorize the Maryland-National Capital
Park and Planning Commission to name and re-name the
"streets and highways and to number and re-number the
houses within the boundaries of the Maryland-Washington
Metropolitan District lying within Prince George's County,
: and to provide rules and regulations therefor, and to pro-
vide penalties for the violation thereof; and to authorize
and direct the Maryland National Capital Park and Plan-
ning Commission to appropriate and expend any surplus
from fees for building permits, issued in Prince George's
County now on hand or which may hereafter be collected
prior to June 1, 1939, for the payment of costs and expenses
thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That, two new Sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County", sub-title
