990C. The area of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District within Montgomery County, and the jurisdiction of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission are hereby
extended to include that additonal territory within the follow-
ing described boundaries: Beginning at a point on Wilson
Lane 545 feet, more or less, northeasterly from the inter-
section of the said Wilson Lane with Conduit Road; thence
with the boundary of Cabin John Park, northwesterly 2678
feet, more or less, to intersect the easterly boundary of the R.
W. Walker Tract; thence northeasterly with the boundary of
the said Walker Tract 1192 feet, more or less, to a point where
the said boundary bends northwesterly; thence leaving the
said Walker Tract, and crossing the property of the Bannack-
burn Heights Improvement Company, easterly 1485 feet, more
or less, to intersect Wilson Lane at a point on the northerly
boundary of the old Glen Echo School property, now the
property of J. S. Taylor; thence with Wilson Lane in a south-
westerly direction to the place of beginning.

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission may, when-
ever it deems advisable, construct a water and sewer system or
systems, either or both, in any or all parts of the territory
hereinabove described and said water or sewer systems or any
extensions thereto shall be taken and considered as part of
the Commission's general system and subject to all of the
rules, regulations, assessments and benefits affecting the same
as part of the territory of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District for the purpose of direct tax or any or all of the pro-
visions of Chapter 122 of the Acts of 1918 and any amend-
ments thereto. And the said additional territory shall be
taken as and treated as if the said additional territory were
within the original boundaries of the Sanitary District.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new section be
and it is hereby added to Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District", said new section to be known as Section 1014A and
to follow immediately after Section 1014 of said Article and
to read as follows:

1014A. That there is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District all of the sub-division known as
"Parkland", as per plat thereof duly recorded among the Land
Records of Prince George's County, said sub-division fronting
on the southerly side of the Marlboro Pike and the easterly
side of the Suitland Road. The jurisdiction of the Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to in-
clude the territory above described, and said area shall be
subject to all of the rules and regulations of the Commission
