said justices are to return to the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel County all fines, penalties, forfeitures and costs
imposed by them and which they shall receive for or on account
of criminal offenses tried before them under the provisions of
the Code of Public General Laws and Public Local Laws.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 135.
AN ACT to repeal Section 60 of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County", sub-title "Annapolis", said section prohibiting the
sale of tobacco, cigars, candy, etc., on Sunday in the City
of Annapolis.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 60 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel Coun-
ty", sub-title "Annapolis", be and it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And Toe it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 136.
AN ACT to add one new section to Offutt's Revised Code of
the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, 1929 Edition,
Title No. 49, "Police and Police Stations" (Flack's Code
Public Local Laws 1930, Article 3), said new section to
immediately follow Section 530 of said first mentioned Code
and to be known as Section 530A, authorizing the County
Commissioners of Baltimore County to retire and pension
special police officers.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be added to Offutt's Revised Code
of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore County, 1929 Edition,
Title No. 49, "Police and Police Stations" (Flack's Code
Public Local Laws 1930, Article 3), said new section to im-
