SEC. 2. And 6e U further enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and they
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 134.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 346, 347, 349, 350, 357, 358, 365,
367, 372, 373, 374, 375, 376 and 377 of Article 2 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace
and Constables", and to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments Section 368 of said Article, as amended by Chapter
127 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1931,
to abolish the classification of certain Justices of the Peace
in Anne Arundel County as Police Justices, and to provide
for payment of salary to certain additional Justices of the
Peace.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 346, 347, 349, 350, 357, 358, 365, 367, 372,
373, 374, 375, 376 and 377 of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel
County", sub-title '"Justices of the Peace and Constables", be
and they are hereby repealed, and that Section 368 of said Ar-
ticle, as amended by Chapter 127 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1931, be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:

368. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
are hereby authorized and empowered to pay a salary of Forty
Dollars ($40) a month to each of the Justices of the Peace in
the following districts: In the Third Precinct of the Fifth
Election District at Glenburnie, and in the Third Precinct of
the Fifth District at Ferndale, and in the Second Precinct of
the Fifth District at Linthicum Heights, and in the First Pre-
cinct of the Third Election District of Anne Arundel County,
and in the Second Precinct of the Third Election District of
Anne Arundel County, and in the Second Precinct of the Sec-
ond Election District of said County, and in the Fourth Elec-
tion District of Anne Arundel County, and in the Third Pre-
cinct of the Second Election District of Anne Arundel County;
said salaries to be paid in lieu of all fees in criminal cases and
