times as may be specified in the resolution or resolutions
authorizing their issuance. The said County Commissioners
are further hereby authorized to levy annually on the assess-
able property of said County, over such period as in their
judgment may seem expedient and proper, such taxes as are
needed to repay funds borrowed hereunder, together with in-
terest as above provided.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That should any section,
sections, part and/or parts of a section of this Act be held to
be invalid for any reason whatever, such holding shall not be
construed as affecting the validity of any remaining section or
part of a section of this Act, it being the legislative intent that
the remainder of this Act shall stand and would have been
passed notwithstanding such invalidity and/or elimination of
any portion and/or portions hereof.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on and after the first day of June, 3 937.

CHAPTER 120.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 663
of Offutt's Revised Code of the Public Local Laws of Balti-
more County, Edition of 1929, title No. 59, "Roads and
Streets" (Flack's Code, 1930. Article 3, Section 663), being
Section 11 as enacted by Chapter 258 of the Acts of 1927,
which said amendments shall eliminate the necessity of ad-
vertising the rules, orders and regulations adopted by the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County, regulating the
use of highways in Baltimore County as to parking and/or
movement of automobiles and other vehicles thereon, as pro
vided in said Section 663 and further providing that partial
invalidity shall not affect remaining provisions of this Act
or regulations adopted hereunder.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 663 of Offutt's Revised Code of the Public
Local Laws of Baltimore County, Edition of 1929, title No. 59,
"Roads and Streets" (Flack's Code, 1930, Article 3, Section
663), being Section 11 as enacted by Chapter 258 of the Acts
of 1927, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments to read as follows:
