any release, or the performance of any duty required by law
in criminal cases, or when acting as coroner; but the said
County Commissioners shall in no case pay the aforesaid
salary until the said police justice shall have first filed his
monthly report as required by Section 359 of this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.

CHAPTER 107.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Montgomery
County", sub-title "County Treasurer", said new section to
be known as Section 211A providing that when real estate,
sold for taxes is redeemed by payment to the County Treas-
urer, that he will notify the Clerk of the Circuit Court who
shall make the proper notation thereof in his Miscellaneous
Petitions Docket showing that the same has been redeemed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be, and the same is hereby added to
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "County Treasurer", said new
section to be known as 211A and to follow immediately after
Section 211, and to read as follows:

211 A. Whenever any real estate, previously sold at tax sale
shall be redeemed by payment to the County Treasurer in
accordance with the law, the County Treasurer, in writing,
shall notify the Clerk to the Circuit Court for Montgomery
County, who shall make a proper notation thereof in his
Miscellaneous Petitions Docket under the proper item showing
that the same has been redeemed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1937.
