49. To the bequest of $100. 00 to the Lutheran Cemetery at
Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Anna M. Study, deceased, probated in
the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, September 21st, 1936,
and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
County in Wills, Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 494, etc.
50. To the bequest, devise and gift of rest, residue and
remainder of estate, to the Trustees of Jerusalem Church, a
body corporate, located in Bachman's Valley, Carroll County,
in the State of Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of M. Agnes Miller, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, October 8th, 1936, and of record in
the office of the Register of Wills for said County in Wills,
Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 497, etc.
51. To the bequest of ten shares of the Union National
Bank of Westminster, Maryland, to the Trustees of the Method-
ist Episcopal Church (known as St. Paul Church) in New
Windsor, in said County and State, contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Amelia C. Aldridge, deceased, probated
in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, January 5th, 1937,
and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
County in Wills, Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 513, etc.
52. To the devise and bequest, of Charles William Hoot to
the Building Fund of the Memorial Methodist Episcopal
Church, otherwise known as the Trustees of the Memorial
Methodist Church of Baltimore City, which will is dated
August sixth, 1930, and probated December twenty-fourth,
1934, and recorded among the Records of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. No. 180, folio 568; which
devise and bequest vested in the Trustees of the Memorial
Methodist Church of Baltimore City one-tenth of the entire
estate of the Testator.
53. To the bequest of One Hundred ($100. 00) Dollars to
the Board of Trustees of St. Paul's Methodist Eipscopal Church
of Hagerstown contained in the Fourth Item of the Last Will
and Testament of Cora M. Trovinger, late of Washington
County, deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of said
County on the 15th day of January, 1937, and of record in
the office of the Register of Wills of said County in Wills Liber
18, folio 110.
54. To the Deed to the First Baptist Church of Delmar,
from George E. Disharoon and wife, the deed bearing date July
6th, 1935, and recorded among the Land Records of Wicomico
County, Maryland, in Liber I. D. T. No. 193, folio 333.
