folio 407, etc.
45. To the bequest of $100. 00 to the Trustees of Sandy-
mount Methodist Protestant Church, located at Sandymount,
Maryland, the income from which to be used for upkeep of
testatrix's lot in the cemetery of said church, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Sarah C. Arnold, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, February
24th, 1936, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills
for said County in Wills, Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 421, etc.
46. To the bequest of $100. 00 to the Carrollton Church of
God, Carrollton, Carroll County, Maryland, with the request
that the same be used towards the acquisition of additional
land for the cemetery adjoining said church, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of James E. Evans, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, March 2nd,
1936, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
said County in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 424, etc.
47. To the bequest of $100. 00 to Pleasant Valley Church,
for keeping testatrix's burial ground in good condition, con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Rebecca J. Brown,
deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County
May 5th, 1936, and of record in the office of the Register of
Wills for said County in Wills Liber W. P. B. No. 14, folio
443, etc.
48. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Joseph H. Harner, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, July 6th, 1936, and of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for said County in Wills, Liber
W. P. B. No. 14, folio 463, etc., as follows:
(a) To the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of two hun-
dred fifty dollars, the same to be securely invested by them,
and the income arising therefrom to be used for the cemetery
fund of the said Church.
(b) To St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, located in
Germany Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania, the sum of
two hundred fifty dollars, the same to be securely invested by
the Trustees of said church, and the income arising therefrom
to be used for keeping the cemetery of the said church in
proper condition.
