55. To the bequest to the Piney Grove Cemetery Associa-
tion of Mount Airy, Maryland, the sum of Fifty ($ 50. 00) Dol-
lars, to be held by said Piney Grove Cemetery Association and
the income and interest to be applied to the upkeep of my lot
in said cemetery, contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Etta V. Lowman, late of Carroll County, deceased, recorded
among the Will Records of Carroll County in Liber W. F. B.
No. 14, folio 458.
56. To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), for
the perpetual care of the lot in the cemetery belonging to my
family as contained in the Last Will and Testament of Vir-
ginia Lockwood, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in J. H. B. No. 186, folio 213.
57. To the bequest to the Enon Baptist Church, contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Lucy Alice Hayes, dated
October 23rd, 1935, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills, Liber J. H. B. No. 184,
folio 526.
58. To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) to
Grace Reformed Episcopal Church, a body corporate, of Havre
de Grace, Maryland, contained in second item of the Last Will
and Testament of Eliza Adams Raymd, dated October 10,
1936, and duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City on March 9, 1937.
59. To the gift and appointment to the Little Sisters of
the Poor of Baltimore City, located at Preston and Valley
Streets, Baltimore, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Catherine Gunther, which is dated the 7th day
of September, 1933, and is of record in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 40, folio
495, etc.
60. To the bequest of the residue of her estate to Trustees
of John Wesley M. E. Church of Screeinersville, Talbot County,
for upkeep and repair of Church as contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Louisa Whitfield, and recorded in the
Register of Wills office of Talbot County.
61. To the following bequests made to the hereinafter
named religious and charitable institutions by the Last Will
and Testament of Patrick McGinnis, deceased, which Will has
been duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more City and recorded in the Register of Wills Office of
Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. No. 187, folio 115, viz:
