Testament of Emma C. Fold, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County, October 29th, 1935, and of
record in the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County
in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 395, etc.

42. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary J. Beaver, deceased, probated in the Orphans'
Court of Carroll County, Nov. 18th, 1935, and of record in
the office of the Register of Wills for said County in Liber W.
F. B. No. 14, folio 398, etc., as follows:

(a) To Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, and his successors in the
Archepiscopal See of Baltimore, the sum of one hundred and
forty dollars ($140. 00) with the request that the income there-
from be used for the offering of Masses at St. John's Catholic
Church in Westminster, Maryland, for the repose of the soul
of testatrix.

(b) To the Commissariat of the Holy Land for the United
States of America, otherwise known as The Franciscan
Monastery and Commissariat of the Holy Land, Brookland,
District of Columbia, the sum of sixty dollars ($60. 00) with
the request that the Gregorian Masses be offered for the repose
of the soul of my late husband, Theodore T. Beaver, and for
the repose of my soul.

(c) To Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, and his successor in the Arche-
piscopal See of Baltimore, the sum of one hundred dollars
($100. 00) with the request that the same be applied on account
of the debt of St. John's Catholic Church, Westminster, Mary-
land.

(d) To Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, and his successors in the Arche-
piscopal See of Baltimore, the sum of two hundred dollars
($200. 00), with the request that the income therefrom be used
for the upkeep of my lot in the cemetery of St. John's Catholic
Church, Westminster, Maryland.

43. To the bequest of $500. 00 to the Trustees of Sandymount
Methodist Protestant Church, Sandymount, Carroll County,
Maryland, the income therefrom to be sued in the upkeep of
testator's lot in the cemetery of said church, contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Lewis W. Caple, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, November 19th,
1935, and of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
said County in Liber W. F. B. No. 14, folio 402, etc.

44. To the bequest of $500. 00 to the Trustees of Linganore
Cemetery, at Unionville, in Frederick County, Maryland, for
