37. To Deed from George H. Marshall to the Salvation
Army of Georgia, dated September 10, 1936, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5656, folio 112.

38. To the bequest of $200 under the Will of Mrs. Marian
J. Whiteford to the Trustees of Slateville Presbyterian
Church, the income therefrom to be used to maintain the three
family lots in the cemetery adjoining said Church, one of
which said lots was owned by the said Marian J. Whiteford,
and the other two are owned by her sons, Messrs. Henry C.
and Clay P. Whiteford, respectively.

This Will has been duly probated in the Orphans' Court of
Harford County and is now of record among the Will Records
of said Court in Liber A. J. G. No. 19, folio 409.

39. To the following bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Lizette K. Baer, late of Takoma Park.

(a) To Aged Women and Men's Home, now located at 822
N. Carrollton Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, a memorial to
my father Christian Krumm, and my mother Christina
Krumm.

(b) To the N. M. Carroll Home for the Aged of the Wash-
ington Conference of the M. E. Church.

40. To the following bequests under Will of Joshua T.
Kinder, recorded in Liber J. A. C. 13, folio 203, viz:

(a) To Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Company, Inc.,
$2, 000. 00.

(b) To Everett Nuttle, in trust for Methodist Episcopal
Church, Bethel, Sussex County, Delaware, $7, 000. 00.

(c) To Everett Nuttle, in trust for salary of preacher at
Methodist Episcopal Church, Concord, Sussex County, Dela-
ware, $3, 000. 00.

(d) To Everett Nuttle, in trust for salary of preacher at
Methodist Protestant Church of Federalsburg, Maryland,
$2, 500. 00 (At expiration of twenty years to go to the Trustees
of M. P. Church, absolutely. )

(e) To Trustees of Union M. E. Church, Federalsburg, Md.,
$1, 500. 00.

(f) To Church of God of Cedarville, Dorchester County,
Maryland, $1, 000. 00.

(g) To A. H. Covey and J. J. Frampton—to beautify and
develop park donated to town of Federalsburg by Thomas H.
Chambers—$2, 000. 00.

(h) To Board of Stewards of Wilmington Conference of M.
E. Church, absolutely the rest and residue of estate.

41. To the bequest of $50. 00 to The Lutheran Church
Council of Manchester Church, contained in the Last Will and
