1092 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 512

City, Maryland, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills for said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. 185, folio 468, to
the following:

(a) To Michael J. Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, and
his successors, for the Roman Catholic Church, a corpora-
tion sole, to be used for the purpose of educating a student
who desires to study for the Catholic priesthood at St.
Charles College, Maryland.

(b) Associate professors of St. Mary's Seminary of Balti-
more, located on North Paca Street, to be used for Masses.

33. To the bequest contained in the second codicil to the
Will of Anna F. Boggs, late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly
probated and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. 184, folio 80, etc., where-
in the sum of 1500. 00 was bequeathed to the Rector, Wardens
and Vestry of the Protestant Episcopal Church of St. Michael
and All Angels, Baltimore.

34. To the bequest contained in the eighth clause of the
Will of Isabel M. Gambel, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
duly probated and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. 185, folio 356, etc.,
"I give and bequeath to the Vestry of the Church of St.
Michael and All Angels of the Diocese of Maryland, located
in Baltimore City, the sum of $2, 000. 00".

35. To the bequests contained in the twentieth and twenty-
first clauses of the Will of Catharine S. Nicols, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, duly probated and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B.
186, folio 555, etc.:

(a) To the Vestry of the Church of St. Michael & All Angels,
the Church building being now located at the corner of St.
Paul and 20th Streets, Baltimore City, the sum of f 5, 000. 00,
as a permanent Trust Fund to be designated as "The Nicols
Fund", the income from same to be used for the general sup-
port of said Church.

(b) To the Protestant Episcopal Chapel of the Guardian
Angel, the Church building being now located at the corner
of Huntington Avenue and 27th Street, Baltimore City, the
sum of $1, 000. 00, as an endowment, the income to be used in
support of the Day Nursery, with the hope that the establish-
ment of this Endowment will encourage others to add thereto.

36. To Deed from Benjamin J. Disney and Sadie Disney,
his wife, to George H. Marshall, dated September 10, 1936, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. G. L. No 5655, folio 563.
